Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. Price changes apply to future purchases and do not change the agreed price of an accepted order.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days after dispatch. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Weather, holidays, and carrier disruptions may affect transit times. If we cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we will notify you and provide delay or cancellation and refund options as required by applicable law.
If your package is delayed, missing, or marked delivered but cannot be located, contact fragclubus@gmail.com. We will help investigate and work with you on an appropriate resolution.

We accept eligible return requests within 30 days of delivery.
Opened bottles that have only been lightly tested with a few sprays may qualify. Heavily used, refilled, diluted, altered, or customer-damaged bottles are not eligible for preference-based returns.
Eligible returns must include the original box, cap, and any included accessories or packaging. Contact us before sending an item back.
If an item arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, notify fragclubus@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving it, including your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.
For confirmed shipping damage or an incorrect item, we will arrange a replacement or refund and cover any required return shipping. For personal-preference returns, customers are responsible for return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the return results from our error or an item arriving damaged.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for your payment provider to post the refund.

Use products according to the manufacturer’s directions and warnings. Fragrances are intended for external use only unless expressly labeled otherwise.
